Prices are confirmed after assessment. Larger construction, renovation, plumbing or electrical projects may require a site visit before an accurate quotation can be provided.
5. Bookings and Appointments
Appointment times are arranged based on availability, location and project requirements. We aim to attend on time, but delays may occur due to traffic, supplier delays, previous jobs, weather, emergency work or circumstances outside our control.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be confirmed before work begins. Deposits or staged payments may be required for larger projects, materials, planned works, renovation projects or construction services.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Work will be carried out with reasonable care, skill and attention to safety. Plumbing, electrical and specialist works will be carried out by suitably competent professionals where required.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if a site is unsafe, access is unsuitable, or the work cannot be carried out safely.
9. Construction and Renovation Works
Construction, renovation, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing and electrical projects may involve preparation, installation, repair, finishing, testing and handover. Timescales are estimates and may change due to materials, supplier delays, hidden defects, weather, access issues or customer changes.
10. Materials and Customer-Supplied Items
Where materials are supplied by Britcore Construction LTD, these will be included in the agreed quotation where applicable. If a customer supplies materials, fixtures, fittings or appliances, the customer is responsible for ensuring they are suitable, complete and available on site.
11. Cancellations and Rearrangements
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange a booking. Charges may apply where materials have been ordered, work has started, trades have attended, or short-notice cancellation causes loss of time.
12. Guarantees and Defects
We aim to complete all work with reasonable care and skill. Any workmanship guarantee will depend on the service type and will not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, third-party work, unsuitable existing systems, customer-supplied defective materials or damage caused after completion.
13. Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profit, pre-existing faults, hidden defects, customer-supplied incorrect information or issues caused by third-party contractors.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
